Undergone either sleeve gastrectomy or Roux-en-Y Gastric Bypass surgery within prior 2 years
Healthy, with no active systemic illness

Exclusion criteria

Pregnancy
Functional or organic bowel symptoms
Systemic illness
Diabetes
Bariatric surgery > 2 years
